I LOVE THIS BUSINESS!

So far I am very impressed with the program.

We bought it for $5,000 including the repairs… Reselling it $1,000 down plus first month of $850. On a 7 year term the net per month is S450 so that’s $37,800 over the 7 years.

Total profit in this deal will be $3,073, which doubles my initial investment. Have I mentioned I love this business!?! 🙂

We just closed and sold our 7th mh (on payments) and 13th deal to date!! (I honestly never thought I could say that and a year ago that seemed so far away). We are looking to buy another mh on the 7th. I am so grateful for this program and what it has allowed our family to do!! Just wanted to update you on my first deal again. We’re 1 week away from finishing the rehab and have already sold the home! I just signed the deal to sell it for $125k CASH. Unbelievable! We will walk away with between 45-48k net profit…I’ll know the exact number when I pay my guys the last time and add it all up on my spreadsheet. I can’t even tell you how grateful I am for all you’ve taught me.

I am completely blown away by what I have seen in the past few days since joining the Mobile Home Formula. Your training alone is so clear and to the point I have little questions at this time.
