So she said she would take $2,000 for it. I agreed and bought it just a few hours ago…. I then went to meet with the park manager and give him his $250 referral fee and he handed me the key to a new lead. I checked it out and it’s a beautiful 2/1.5 that needs nothing!! All appliance and some furniture stay and they were only asking $2,500. I called the seller on the way back to my office and we agreed to a purchase price of $2,250 cash and is coming by my office in a few minutes to finish the deal… Also, the park manager gave me the name and number on a 3rd lead that I’ll be calling soon…. On a side note, I had told my wife on Monday that I wouldn’t be buying anymore mobile homes until after Dec. 1st since we will be leaving for Florida on a two week vacation this Saturday and I didn’t want to have any properties to think about while we were gone. Oops! Well.. you have to strike when the iron is hot! 🙂

I’ve just been blown away on how attainable it has been to grow this company by following your teachings. It wasn’t easy by any means but now that I am getting a feeling for how its all done its definitely easier to put things on cruise control every now and then.

I want you to understand, that the value and info I have gotten out of your course, I feel, has been worth much more than I have paid. It is very, very apparent the ungodly amount of time you must have dedicated to putting it all together, and I am just through the first 2 modules.
