    1. Hi Paula,

      The mobile home that Mike just bought and resold for a profit was built in the 1980’s and did need moderate cosmetic clean up and repairs. This is something that his buyer was more than willing to do for a discount on the first few monthly payments. Win-Win-Win deals!
