Welcome back,
If you are a regular reader here then welcome back and thank you! If this is your first time here I would like to personally welcome you to my site and to mobile home investments the way we teach them here.
By far one of the biggest goals of this website is to help give you clarity to the pro’s and con’s on the mobile home investing business. This cash-flow business is great for many people, however may not be the exact fit for you. With the help of the articles and videos on this website I hope to remove the fog from around this investing niche and help you gain clarity to either:
- A.) move forward with mobile homes quickly and safely or
- B.) quickly realize you need to find another niche to profit within. In short: Make the right choice for you and your goals based on clarity and not simply guessing.
The next step after this free website’s articles is to begin training with either:
- A.) a local mentor or active mobile home investor in your area or
- B.) learn and sign up for the Mobile Home Formula’s online training and unique coaching programs.
In this week’s article I think the best things you can learn is not from me but from a current Mobile Home Formula member’s words of wisdom. In this 14 minute case-study Ken discusses his first deal, a few follow up deals, what is working for him, what isn’t working so well, and also shares some advice to get you moving forward on his path.
* The Skype picture below is grainy do to the call-quality at the time of recording. We apologize of any inconvenience. Enjoy!
Bullets to consider:
- Be properly educated and prepared for each step of your investing plan.
- Be prepared to work. This is not a sit-still business. Go big or go home.
- Your age has nothing to do with your success.
- Aim to make your invested capital back with the first 3-12 months of investing. Even if your buyer(s) need to leave early.
- Helping sellers and helping buyers is an unforeseen benefit many investors forget about.
Special thank you to Ken Guzman for being willing to share his thoughts and recent deals. Well done Ken!
Love what you do daily,
John Fedro

November 11, 2013Hi John and Ken,
I loved the video. The quality is fine as long as the material is good. You two are too funny and the content is great. Makes me really love what you have going on here. Where can I learn more about your trianing? Thank you for giving of yourself as you do here. I have never seen a site dedicated to mobile homes the way you talk about them and describe this niche of real estate. Congratulations Ken

November 12, 2013Hi Mindy,
Thank you so much for your kind words. My website and ongoing training to help others is a labor of love.
I too am very proud of all that Ken has accomplished in such a short period of time. I have said it once and I’ll say it again. “Money and credit are not nearly as important as desire and motivation in this business.” If you would like to gather more info on my training please go to the “Training” tab at the top of the page. Please feel free to ask any follow up questions as they develop too.
Best and talk soon,

November 13, 2013Congratulations Ken!
You sound like you have a lot of experience for such a short period of time. I really enjoyed watching this case study. John you should have more case studies like this. I have a quick question. Do you only market with signs and on craigslist? Thanks for this help and the entire website, it is a wealth of knowledge.
Keep it up,
Paul W.

November 14, 2013Hi Paul,
Thank you for the kind words and encouragement for Ken. Glad this article and video has provided you with value. In regards to your advertising and marketing question: No, there are multiple ways to both find and attract sellers. I know of approximately 70 or so decent methods, however concerning which ones work the best for MH sellers and give you the most return for the minimum amount of money we only use 12 really great, targeted, and inexpensive methods to both find and attract motivated mobile home owners and sellers. Some of these strategies are common sense, like signs and craigslist, while others are much more under the radar. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further followup questions.
Best,
