Many of you already know I’ll be speaking at this year’s NoteWorthy Real Estate Convention in Las Vegas, NV October 25-28. This is the convention’s 4th year running and we has already surpassed the last few years with more speakers and more people for possible networking. This year I will be speaking about:

October 2, 2012Awesome Jack! Concerning your question that is completely determined by you. I am not sure your area, your determination, current skill level, dedicated time per day, etc… obviously these things will vary from person to person wildly. If you focus on quality deals that generate $300+ per month AND close one deal every month or every two months then it is safe to say that with one year at this rate you’ll be at your goal.
