So, many many many thanks to you for sharing and being so accessible…and genuine.

I recently sold my first two units!!!! I sold them both for cash.  One sold for $31,750 and the other for $39,500.  I have attached some pics for you to see. Thank you for all your help and for doing what you do.

I love the information im learning and it gives me more confidence more and more each module… Instead of being afraid to take certain actions, your modules are great reference.

I see manufactured homes as my way of getting back to where I was financially and way better. This is an awesome business. Most investors either ignore this business or look down their noses at it, as I did years ago.

I am impressed!

Wow! is about the only word I can put in print to describe my reaction to the breadth and depth of knowledge that is checked down so eloquently that I KNOW I can do this!… I am relieved to find the Mobile Home Formula comes back to the good old-fashioned TANGIBLES of helping folks out by giving them what they pay for.
