Hello John and Bill. This was a fun podcast. Do you plan to do more? I have an idea for a future talk for understanding lot rent payments and who is reposible for these monthly. I have never done a mobile home deal but am really looking forward to hearing more. I have a question for Bill and you. here goes, if I am thinking of buying a mobile home in a park what are some of the steps to get started?
