Halloween was nearly over a month ago however in today’s Mobile Home Investing Podcast episode #5 we have a scary, fun, and content packed lesson for you today. Happy to help. I am super proud of Stuart and all he has accomplished in this short time investing in mobile homes. When I realized the true “source” of horror deals comes from investors knowing too little about their niche AND from poor tenant-buyers we had to make a podcast episode about it. I truly hope you and other investors take this to heart. You are completely rational about being worried about making a bad deal, concerning MH investing it is very very possible when you don’t what you are doing.
